Once a year, they organise a trip to Florida for up to 30 sick children and their families with 8 paramedics and 40 volunteers. Its ultimate aim is to build a fully equipped children's medical centre. They have donated over £13 million to over 4,000 children. They are 1 of the only 4 charities that also support autism in the UK. For every £1 that is given to the Caudwell, £2.09 is donated directly. Some of its ambassadors include Elton John, Liz Hurley and Robbie Williams.
