This February Cowshed launches its first ever, exclusive limited edition nail polish in collaboration with Essie. If you're and ardent collector of nail polish, this is definitely one colour you cannot miss out on. Not only is it a fabulous and unique shade of blue(right on cue for this seasons colour palette), but its creation is also for a good cause. All proceeds from the sales will be donated to the Starlight Children's Foundation, a charity that brightens the lives of sick children by granting once-in-a-lifetime wishes and providing entertainment in hospitals and hospices throughout the UK.
Cowshed was approached to participate in the series Starlight: For Children Series on Channel 5, to help grant the wish of a young girl called Becky to experience a mani-pedi with her idols Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton at Cowshed Clarendon Cross Spa. Needless to say Cowshed jumped at the opportunity and immediately contacted the team at Essie to see if the could work together to make Becky's experience even more special by creating a bespoke 'Becky's Wish' polish.
This limited edition nail polish will be available to purchase for £10 at Cowshed spas and online at www.cowshedonline.com from 16th February 2011 - the date Becky's episode is scheduled to air on Channel 5.
